Public Talk on Self-Love & Authenticity, 2025

This public talk on self-love & authenticity was performed for artists and visitors at the group exhibition Art That Hits Home, held in Bratislava in 2025. We were talking about the differences between self-care, indulgence, and self-love, the stages and ways of self-love, and my own transformational journey, with examples from my life. The talk was designed as an interactive discussion with the public.

This public talk on authenticity & authentic artistic expression was performed for visitors at my solo pop-up exhibition, Cosmic Mess, held in Bratislava in 2025. The main topics included the stages of self-expression, especially in abstract, intuitive, and flow-state art, woven with my experience with art students, galleries, and educational institutions. The talk was designed as an interactive discussion with the public.

This Erasmus+ & KA1 Mobility Training course was designed for school & uni teachers, NGOs, and youth workers who want to learn new methodologies to help students engage, accept, include, and empathize more with their classmates, coming from different cultural, political, religious, and social backgrounds. The techniques I used in this course included participatory games, design thinking, collective drawing, group crafting, and embodied games in nature. The course was held in Barcelona.


Inclusion & Diversity In Schools, 2025

This Erasmus+ & KA1 Mobility Training course was designed for school & uni teachers, NGOs, and youth workers who want to learn new methodologies to unite their classes and help students engage, participate, and empathize more with their classmates, including kids with special needs. The techniques I used in this course included art therapy painting, mapping, collage, visual storytelling, collective filmmaking, historical research, and sensorial painting for special needs students. The course was held in Barcelona.


Innovative & Trustful Outside Group Learning, 2024

This Erasmus+ & KA1 Mobility Training course was designed for school & uni teachers, NGOs, and youth workers who want to learn new methodologies of outdoor learning which can be applied to both young and adult students. The techniques I used in this course included LTAM (Learning Through Arts and Museums), digital research using plant- and nature-themed apps, team conflict resolution, active listening, and trustful performance exercises. The course was held in Barcelona.


Quello Che (Non) Mi Permetto: Esprimersi, 2024

This workshop (What I (Don't) Allow Myself: To Self-Epress from Italian) was designed for anyone who felt inadequate and lost in their own expression. The 5-day structure included: releasing and breathing exercises, intuitive performance, blind painting, a lesson on authenticity and societal expectations/mentality toward the art/artist, and collective messy artwork with no pressure on a final outcome. The workshop was held at Artelier in Milan thanks to my dear friend Liana Ghukasyan.


Drama In Outdoor Setting, 2024

This Erasmus+ & KA1 Mobility Training course was designed for school & uni teachers, NGOs, and youth workers who want to learn new methodologies of drama techniques in an outdoor setting. The techniques I used in this course included Caviardage, collage and storytelling, pantomime, embodiment, character transfer, and contact improvisation. The course was held in Barcelona.


Creative & Trustful Teambuilding, 2024

This Erasmus+ & KA1 Mobility Training course was designed for school & uni teachers, NGOs, and youth workers who want to learn new methodologies of creative teambuilding based on trust, not theory. The techniques I used in this course included mapping, creative thinking, blind embodiment, curious group learning, embodied group games, and drawing group games. All of the techniques were based on trust, empathy, active listening, and embodied presence. The course was held in Barcelona. 


Mindful Teaching, 2024

This Erasmus+ & KA1 Mobility Training course was designed for school & uni teachers, NGOs, and youth workers who want to learn new mindfulness, embodied presence, and grounding methodologies. The techniques I used in this course included Vinyasa yoga, Qi-Qong, Vipassana, and various breathing and slowing down techniques.  The course was held in Barcelona.  


Blind Painting for Special Needs, 2024

This workshop was designed for guests from the special needs activity center TEAS in Barcelona. Most of these guests have Down syndrome, autism, cerebral paralysis, are handicapped, blind, or deaf. I used the blind painting technique because it's one of the most efficient practices I've found in my work with neurodivergent and special needs people. 


All Kids Are Special, 2024

This Erasmus+ & KA1 Mobility Training course was designed for school & uni teachers, NGOs, and youth workers who want to learn new methodologies for working with students with special needs. The techniques I used in this course included collective drawing, inclusive performance, embodiment, grounding, sensorial painting, spatial and sensorial collective games, soothing techniques, and music therapy. The course was held in Barcelona.


LTAM (Learning Through Arts And Museums), 2024

This Erasmus+ & KA1 Mobility Training course was designed for school & uni teachers, NGOs, and youth workers who want to learn new methodologies for working with students with special needs. The techniques I used in this course included collective drawing, inclusive performance, embodiment, grounding, sensorial painting, spatial and sensorial collective games, soothing techniques, and music therapy. The course was held in Barcelona.


Intuitive Painting + Expressive Performance For UA  Refugees, 2022-2023

This workshop was designed for Karpatenblatt in Bratislava to help Ukrainian refugees integrate into Slovak culture and mentality, including the German minority there.  The goal was to organize an activity that could unite a large group of people regardless of age, nationality, or language skills. The works of participants were exhibited at the Museum of Carpathian German Culture in Bratislava.
