365 days of love: book based on my diary through depression - the diary & practice that got me out of it

When my life collapsed in 2021—job lost, relationship ended, and I had to leave my apartment much sooner—I found myself alone in the midst of a severe COVID lockdown with just 200 euros and nowhere to go. Out of desperation, I made myself a promise: for one year, I will love and support myself like no one else ever has.
What began as a private diary of survival turned into a profound journey of self-discovery, healing, and unshakable self-love. Through daily inner dialogues, I learned to nurture the parts of myself that had long been neglected, growing the foundation I've never received in my dysfunctional family.
This memoir is more than a personal story—it's a raw, vulnerable, and intimate way to teach ourselve the loving self-talk nobody from our families did (but was supposed to.) This self-talk practice not only carried me through my darkest days but also later became a powerful tool for sharing with others in my coaching work with artists.
Readers who grew up in abusive, absent, codependent, or dysfunctional families with zero guidance on self-love, self-care, and self-talk will recognize themselves in these pages—and discover how to begin speaking to themselves with compassion, care, hope, admiration, and most profound love.
Three years after completing the book, I experienced new depressions, but nothing ever broke the foundation I had built with 365 Days Of Love—it just made me stronger, kinder, and more attentive to myself.
This book is a living example of how choosing to love yourself, even in the most challenging times, can save your life and rebuild it from the inside out.
